Dance floor Pet Peeves

What things bother you when you're out dancing? Here are a couple of mine:

During a lesson, when other people try to teach things during the lesson. Especially when what they are teaching, does not resemble what is being taught IN the lesson they are participating in.

It bugs me when people try to run through a crowded dance floor (yes, RUN!). There are edges to go from A to B. You don't have to try to dodge and weave through a bunch of dancers!

It bugs me when people who are not dancing stand around on the dance floor blabbing, taking up valuable space. If you are not dancing, please get off of the dance floor!

I hate when someone leads something on me and it doesn't work and they stop the dance to teach it to me on the floor. Most of the time it's just a beginner who doesn't know any better and doesn't understand why it didn't work, so I don't hold it against them for too long, but it still drives me nuts.

I second JuniperIvy's. It's frustrating when leaders try to teach me something because they didn't really lead it, and therefore I didn't do it. On a similar note, I don't like when leaders tell me what they're going to do in advance ("now you're going to spin twice, ok?"). I assume they do this because they don't know how to lead it non-verbally, or don't feel confident about doing so. However, it takes a lot of the fun out of the whole following thing.

On a different note (and I haven't noticed this much recently - thanks, guys!), I *hate* when a guy does a move that involves sliding my hand across his sweaty neck. Ugh!
