SnappyWrist

Snappywrist
US Patent D810220

The SnappyWrist™ device is a patented tennis training aid that gives an instant tactile and audible feedback to help you master proper wrist position for powerful, injury-free tennis strokes. More comfortable than other devices, SnappyWrist™ lets you feel and hear when your wrist is in the ideal laid-back position—forming a 90° angle between racket and forearm—just like the pros.  The SnappyWrist training aid can be used to train proper forehands, backhands, volleys and even serves.

At the ready position or during a backswing, lay the wrist back and hear the training aid “click”.  The training aid should be in that clicked position until after striking the ball.  This allows you to hit with the wrist laid back just like the pros do. If the training aid unclicks during a forward swing before contact, you have improperly “flicked” your wrist.   Ideally, the training aid should not unclick once it is in the clicked position.  However, it is acceptable for the training aid to “unclick” during the follow-through after contact.

Two-handed backhand?
Just wear it on your left hand (for right-handed players).

Serves?

The SnappyWrist training aid can be used to fix a "waiter's tray" serve problem.  At the peak of the ball toss, your arm should be in line with the racket.  If your wrist lays back in a waiter’s tray position (see image), the SnappyWrist device will click to let you feel that wrong position.  Please note that a continental grip is a must for eliminating the waiter's tray serve problem.
